About the roles: Cork based position Tier 1 M&E Contractor Excellent opportunity to grow and develop Cutting-edge projects Competitive market salary (DOE) Duties include (but not limited to): Project Setup & Planning Assist PM with programmes, schedules, site establishment, change management, and method/risk assessments. Construction Coordination Manage sub-contractors, resources, and short-term programmes to ensure productivity and timely deliveries. Team & Stakeholder Liaison Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows. Health & Safety Management Lead toolbox talks, audits, inspections, and enforce HSEQ standards and safe work practices. Quality Assurance Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, snagging, and documentation to achieve zero defects. Project Close-Out Support commissioning, testing, final documentation, demobilisation, and project handover activities. Position Requirements: Recognised Electrical trade qualification with 5+ years site management experience, ideally on electrical design & build projects over €5M. Safety and environmental management certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH) preferred; PICW Level A an advantage. Strong technical, planning, and organisational skills with deep understanding of project constructability. Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior-level meetings, workshops, and large audiences. High commercial awareness with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage stakeholders. Self-motivated leader capable of managing multiple projects and building high-performing teams.
