High-level written and verbal communication skills are essential to explain technical reporting positions to internal partners and external clients. The Tax Director will lead a team of experienced tax professionals, positioning the team for success and growth.Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely production of diverse tax reporting formsDevelop a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business processes to identify automation opportunities and enhance client experiencesAssist in tax projects to refine processes and procedures, including cross Line of Business (LOB) strategic initiativesEnsure a robust control environment that meets risk and audit requirementsAnalyze data for consistency and accuracy; coordinate with relevant teams to implement necessary adjustmentsImplement and support business-as-usual processes for continuous information reporting and withholding complianceDeliver tax education and training as requiredDrive team goals through effective management and ensure targets are achievedRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of PQE as a Tax Professional, with domestic and international experienceCTA/CPA qualificationStrong academic background in tax, law, accountancy, or related disciplineAEOI, FATCA, and CRS reporting experienceExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsCollaborative and motivated team playerProven track record of managing teams across multiple jurisdictions and officesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong global/US taxation knowledgeManagement and mentoring experience of junior team membersExperience in taxation of share plan accountsAbout UsJ.P.
