Marketing & Communications Executive – 18 Month Contract
Cpl Marketing recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a public body driving sustainability in Ireland. The Communications team plan is to implement strategic and imaginative communications activities which effectively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives. This includes the areas of corporate communications, programme communications and consumer awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert marketing and communications advice to teams and management.
* Implement strategic plans to highlight the organisation’s mission, objectives, and achievements.
* Coordinate content creation and publication of key reports.
* Deliver marketing support for flagship events, such as trade shows and awards ceremonies.
* Collaborate with the procurement team to appoint and manage external marketing agencies.
* Define metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, optimising strategies based on insights.
* Conduct audience research to inform communication strategies and tactics.
* Manage brand assets, ensuring consistency and effective application.
* Work closely with the wider communications team to enhance campaign impact and visibility.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
* A degree (minimum NFQ Level 7 or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* At least three years of experience in a comparable marketing or communications role.
* Proficiency in managing the full marketing communications mix.
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to represent the organisation in public forums.
* Strong IT proficiency and organisational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
