* Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to increase sales from accommodation, corporate events, and private functions.
* Nurture new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
* Plan and deliver conferences, weddings, and private events, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics.
* Manage event budgets, contracts, deposits, and timelines efficiently to ensure profitability.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions and excellent service throughout the event lifecycle.
* Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and report to senior management.
\Key Requirements: \
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and events role within the hospitality sector.
* Strong knowledge of corporate and private event planning.
* Proven sales and negotiation skills with a history of achieving targets.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with event management software, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
* Flexible to work occasional weekends or evenings.
