Finance Business Partner 15 Month FTC – NFP, an Aon company (Ireland)
We're hiring for a Finance Business Partner to support our growing Employee Benefits team.
The role is a 15‑month fixed‑term contract based in Ireland, with responsibilities across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for NFP Europe, key commercial projects and M&A activities.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering strategic financial insight, robust analysis and actionable recommendations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for NFP Europe.
Contribute to commercial projects and support integration planning for M&A activities.
Provide scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and forward‑looking analysis for strategic initiatives.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
Own budgeting and forecasting for designated business units, providing variance analysis and clear commentary.
Support post‑acquisition integration and monitor financial performance of newly acquired entities during earn‑out periods.
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Degree level or equivalent educational qualifications.
Experience in a highly acquisitive environment with ongoing M&A activity.
Significant experience in finance business partnering roles.
Proven track record in delivering commercial insight and influencing strategic decisions.
Exposure to M&A processes at a strategic level; proactive and solution‑oriented.
Comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Adaptable to change and capable of working in fast‑paced environments.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to organisational values.
