Job Requirements
* Provide timely and accurate cost advice, planning, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare tenders, analyse and negotiate subcontract orders, ensuring successful financial management of construction projects.
* Manage site records, document control, forecasts, target reconciliations, variation reporting, valuations and liaise commercially with site management teams.
Developing expertise in building relationships with suppliers, providing high-quality customer service, and working effectively in a team are essential skills for this position.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Minimum 4 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
* Able to develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
