Office Administrator

You will take responsibility for answering customer calls and emails, prepare documents, support quantity surveyors, keep records organised, schedule visits, manage supplies, and help the team with everyday office tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses.
* Provide administrative support to quantity surveyors, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.
* Maintain accurate office records, files, and databases.
* Assist with quotations, invoicing, and project documentation.
* Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and office communications.
* Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
* Liaise with team members, suppliers, and clients as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn (essential)
