The Opportunity
We are currently seeking applications at the Consultant level.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients to solve their most difficult and important challenges.
In EY-Parthenon Strategy, we work alongside our clients to help them prepare for the future.
EY-Parthenon has a flat structure that allows you to become actively involved in many levels of client work.
The team adopts a methodical and collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer the key strategic questions they face.
Examples of the work you will be involved in include:
Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy – including defining the organisation's purpose, outlining its strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, planning to enter new geographies, building new go-to-market approaches, mapping the capabilities required for success, and tracking performance
Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side
Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients
Developing a community within the team by building initiatives, writing thought leadership, getting involved in recruitment, and supporting internal team activities
