Your Impact
We're looking for a talented Information Security Officer (ISO) to join our IT team. In this role, you will:
Champion information security best practices across the organisation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive security compliance and awareness.
Strengthen Acre's security posture through proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Establish, manage, and develop all aspects of IT security to reduce risk and obtain or maintain key accreditations (e.g., UK Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001).
Define, implement, and govern information security policies, standards, and practices.
Develop and monitor key operational metrics to assess and enhance security performance.
Partner with R&D/Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Senior Leadership to embed security best practices across business functions.
Oversee and identify IT security risks and implement mitigating solutions.
Investigate business needs and recommend improvements for IT security operations.
Select and manage network monitoring and security application solutions.
Maintain detailed logs, documentation, and reports of security activity.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar information security role within a global organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative mindset.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and service providers at all levels.
Demonstrated success fostering a strong security culture in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
Confidence working independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
