Head Chef required for a Michelin listed Gastropub in Dublin 1.
HERA are looking an experienced chef with a passion for cooking & the hospitality industry.
We have also won best gastropub in Leinster at this years restaurant awards.
Responsibilities
Able to co - operate and work in a team environment
Ideally will come from a busy restaurant environment.
Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
Able to accept tasks given by senior chef team members
Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market.
Real food enthusiast.
Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
Follow HACCP procedures
Requirements
3 years head chef experience.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Passionate about the hospitality industry.
Ability to work within a team.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Good level of English required.
Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
