Job Title: Senior Clinical Trial Manager.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivery of all Clinical Operations aspects of clinical studies, ensuring consistency with SOPs, study contracts and budgets. The role involves building a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes, adding value to the business and meeting client needs.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the Functional Lead from Clinical Operations with responsibility for delivery of all Clinical Operations aspects of clinical studies.
* Build a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes, adding value to the business and meeting client needs.
* Develop successful working relationships with clients.
* Responsible for planning, scheduling and implementing.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of cross functional project management plans.
* Lead risk mitigation strategies, associated action plans and issue resolution.
* Lead the Clinical Operations project team, ensure necessary project training is provided to assigned staff, provide direction and support to the study team.
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of professional experience in the clinical research field with at least 2 years of clinical project management experience.
* Experience in managing sites with in-depth knowledge of local requirements and regulations across APAC countries including China.
* A bachelor's degree in a science or medical area.
* Ideally a master's degree focusing on clinical research.
* The ability to communicate well, an understanding of compliance as well as the confidence to obtain funding.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Computer literacy.
