Role Requirements: Responding to customer queries via phone and email, to ensure that customers receive quality service and support, in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner Logging and tracking jobs on our in-house Booking systems (Azyra and Excel) Assisting /covering for fellow team members Tailored Customer Reporting Create and maintain a high-quality work environment Must be able to work well in team environment and work with both Internal and External customers Ensure all customer paperwork is managed in an effective manner Candidate Requirements: Good level of Excel skill would be an advantage Familiarity with Azyra is an advantage Quality and detail focused Good time management Excellent attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential Enjoy working as part of a team.
