Job Description
Location: Gleneagle, Muckross Road, Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland. This is a full‑time position with flexible hours, 5 days over 7 days.

About The Role
Main Responsibilities:
* Setting up conference, meeting rooms, and banquet venues in line with client requirements.
* Breaking down and cleaning all venues after events.
* Ensuring outdoor venues are clean and well maintained.
* Assisting the smooth execution of events to enhance guest experience.
* Monitoring all service standards and ensuring the SOP Manual is adhered to.
* Keeping bar and function areas clean and well presented at all times.
* Communicating with Duty Managers regarding any problems that arise.
* Communicating effectively with all staff and C&B staff, giving direction, support, timely feedback, and recognition of performance.
* Taking direction and guidance from managers.
* Ensuring all checklists are completed and recorded within the correct timeframe.
* Assisting in training and motivating C&B staff.
* Ensuring all staff are dressed in full and correct uniforms.
* Ensuring food is segregated in the appropriate manner as per the HACCP procedures.
* Reporting any maintenance matters that require urgent attention.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1 to 2 years of conference and banqueting supervision experience.
* Proven track record in customer service and attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of conference and banqueting operations and preparation techniques.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
