Your key responsibilities
You'll support client engagements across both private and public sectors, focusing on change management, project delivery, and business readiness.
You'll be involved in transformation programmes including technology and organisation design initiatives.
You'll manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and implementation activities.
You'll also contribute to project planning and delivery, working closely with management to ensure successful outcomes.
Skills and attributes for success
You're passionate about change and innovation, and you bring experience using change tools and methodologies.
You're confident, credible, and able to influence stakeholders.
You take a practical approach to problem-solving and deliver sustainable solutions.
You're focused on achieving project goals and adept at overcoming challenges.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A relevant degree and professional experience, ideally on major transformation programmes.
You understand change and transformation projects and have experience delivering change initiatives.
You're quick to grasp complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
