Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of an innovative organisation within the nutrition sector, based in Tallaght. You will be part of a small, niche organisation backed by a global leader in the field.

Responsibilities
* Planning, prioritising and managing the CEO’s office to ensure efficient running of the office.
* Act as first point of contact to the CEO’s office for correspondence, communications and requests, following up in coordination with the CEO.
* Reviewing, prioritising and responding to e-mails and calls.
* Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, calendar and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate with the Management Team and stakeholders on matters related to the CEO’s office, including meetings, calendars and travel.
* Assist the CEO with background research, data compilation, and preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other papers.
* Document preparation including memos, letters, minute taking, drafting emails on the CEO’s behalf, and handling confidential information.
* Provide administrative support across the Vita Actives’ Management Team and the business development function as required.
* Compile weekly/monthly dashboard performance data for management reviews.
* Develop and maintain modern office management processes and procedures to support the CEO's/Vita Actives’ office, including databases and filing systems, and leveraging IT systems.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Office Management Administration, Secretarial or a related business discipline (preferred).
* At least 5 years’ experience as an EA or in an equivalent role in a busy, complex office environment.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills with proven ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to a high professional standard.
* Pro-active “can do” attitude with ability to work on own initiative, multitask and meet deadlines.
* Resilient and capable of operating in a fast-moving environment.
* Sound judgment, diplomacy and tact.
* Good interpersonal, team and relationship-building skills.
* Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and general IT skills.
* High level of confidentiality and discretion. Flexible attitude to job function and working hours.
* Knowledge/experience in the Agri/Food industry or Food Ingredients/Supply Chain would be an advantage.
