Position
Swim Teacher (Part‑Time) at Aura Grove Island.
Flexible working hours: morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays and weekend shifts available.
Responsibilities and duties
Inspire people with your passion for swimming
Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment
Teach all abilities and ages to swim
Maintain safety of customers at all times
Give valuable feedback to learners to help them develop their skills
Display a commitment to the company’s vision, purpose and values
Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
Qualifications
Swim Teacher qualification Level I or Level II
A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
A passion for teaching people how to swim
Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher is an advantage
Committed and consistent availability to work flexible hours/days
Fluent English is required
Legal entitlement to work in Ireland
