Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead @ Occupli | Recruitment Resource Planning & Strategies
Objective: Deploy two experienced ISO specialists onsite immediately to support the Facility’s accelerated implementation of an integrated ISO 14001 and 45001 Management System—critical for meeting Customer and SERI (R2v3 ZWTL) certification timelines.
Background: The site currently lacks sufficient internal capacity to execute ISO implementation activities, close identified gaps, and maintain EHS compliance. This external resource will directly contribute to sustainability goals and the company’s operational excellence strategy.
Engagement Type: External consultant (contractor) – Estimated 9 to 12 months
Responsibilities
Document Development and Control: Draft and maintain Safe Work Instructions, SOPs, and risk-based procedures; ensure proper version control and access to EMS and OHS systems
Internal Audit & Gap Closure: Conduct internal audits and document gap closure progress; facilitate worker participation and control verification for ISO 45001 compliance
Training & Competency: Develop and deliver ISO 14001/45001 awareness and competency-based training; track completion and evaluate effectiveness
CAPA Management: Log, investigate, and resolve nonconformities and incidents; lead root cause analysis and monitor corrective action performance
Risk & Compliance Support: Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments; maintain legal compliance register and monitor changes
Reporting & Metrics: Provide weekly updates to site and EHS leadership; track system maturity, incident rates, and audit outcomes
Management Review Support: Prepare ISO performance summaries and inputs for Management Review meetings
External Audit Preparation: Support certification audits with documentation, walkthroughs, and auditor briefings
Worker Wellbeing & Sustainability Alignment: Integrate health, safety, and sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals
Qualifications / Requirements
