We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing maintenance activities within the factory, balancing both hands-on and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute scheduled maintenance activities to maximize plant efficiency and uptime.
2. Work closely with production teams to align engineering activities with production demands.
3. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with site, company, and safety requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong understanding of maintenance management systems, ideally with experience using CMMS tools.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate across departments.
* Proficient in PC-based applications and administrative functions.
* Knowledge of safety and compliance standards, with experience managing HACCP requirements a plus.
