About Your New Employer
They are Ireland’s primary specialist in mechanical, electrical and HVAC maintenance / facilities. Their designs focus on energy savings and sustainability and have over 40 years of experience with installing, commissioning and providing maintenance & facilities services to clients across the country provide themselves on a customer driven process. Currently they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician for a static role based in a large business park in West Dublin.
About Your New Job
* Your role will be a Mechanical Maintenance Technician based on a static site.
* Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on multiple building across the business park
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
* Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently.
* Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What Skills You Need
* Qualified HVAC, Plumbing or relevant mechanical trade with maintenance / facilities experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to plumbing work.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
