* Having relevant experience in motor claims or vehicle recovery would be an advantage.
* You’re a strong communicator with great decision-making skills and a real team player.
* You will be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers and partners over the phone.
* You are focussed on delivering an excellent customer experience.
* You will be able to effectively manage pressured situations in a sensitive and professional way.
* You’ll be a confident user of both telephone and office-based IT systems.
