Job Overview
The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities across the site, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and tooling in alignment with production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment and tooling in conjunction with production requirements.
* Manage spare parts inventory to ensure adequate supplies for critical equipment.
* Coordinate with sub-contractors for maintenance-related work, ensuring all contracts are fulfilled.
* Verify completion of sub-contractor work and oversee employees within the department, monitoring performance and quality of workmanship.
* Lead the team to optimize equipment performance, develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
