Role Summary
We are recruiting for a Technical Programme Coordinator to join our Dublin office.
Responsibilities
* Workstream Oversight: Manage and oversee individual programme workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
* Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal Technical Teams to align workstream activities with programme goals and technical standards.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Programme Coordinators on parallel or related projects to ensure a consistent, integrated, and collaborative approach across the wider programme.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain and promote high standards in design, specification, and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the programme.
* Reporting: Provide regular, structured updates to the Overall Programme Lead (OPL), including progress reports, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
* Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying related.
* In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI.
* APM affiliation is a benefit.
