Senior Contracts Manager
The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 Construction/Civil Engineering degree and experience in managing roadworks and surfacing works. They should be knowledgeable about roadworks specifications and public procurement processes.
* Completion of tenders for public works
* Programming of works
* Liaison with customers and clients
The role requires strong management skills, including:
* Management of subcontractors
* Completion of project close out reports
* General day-to-day management of the contracting division
