Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience managing analytics projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured solutions.

Understanding of Google's ads products.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and value creation.
Ability to partner with executive stakeholders to define analysis requirements, develop and execute strategies, and balance short-term and long-term deliverables.
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
About The Job The Finance Operations team manages Google's cash transactions globally, ensuring processes are controlled, effective, and efficient.
As part of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage complex transactions, improve processes, and minimize operational risk.
Internally, you will collaborate across various finance teams, and externally with outsourcing partners.
Our team owns finance strategy, revenue narratives, and insights to support Google Customer Solutions (GCS), which leads ads business generation in the SMB segment, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
In this role, you will lead analyst teams to drive analytics and insights across portfolios in GCS EMEA, develop and execute an analytical agenda, and partner with GCS EMEA leadership to provide high-impact business analytics and insights.
Responsibilities Own the business narrative for GCS EMEA, providing context and enabling accurate management, strategic planning, and program effectiveness.
Lead weekly business reviews with GCS EMEA Leaders, providing insights into business performance and trends.
Partner with GCS Finance leads on quarterly quota setting and annual planning.
Develop and execute an ambitious analytics agenda, advocating for business analytics across programs and collaborating with global and regional finance teams.
