The team provides robust valuations and reports to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of commercial property & land.
* Support landlord & tenant and related areas, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
* Undertake independently, or assist with, completion of valuations to the highest professional standards.
* Contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider group.
* A degree (or expected degree) in Property Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline accredited by SCSI/RICS.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
* A full clean driving licence is preferred.
