Role Overview

The HR Generalist (Global) will play a key role in shaping Mincon's HR operations worldwide. This is a hands-on

role for a highly capable and collaborative HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will work

closely with and report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), partnering with leaders across regions to ensure

compliance, standardize HR processes, deliver seamless employee support, and help create a unified global

employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, employee changes, and offboarding.
* Partner with managers on HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Maintain compliance with employment legislation across multiple regions (initial focus on Ireland and EMEA).
* Working closely with the CPO on creating and implementing HR initiatives
* Support the rollout of global HR systems (e.g., BambooHR), ensuring accurate and consistent HR data.
* Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
* Contribute to HR policy creation, employee handbooks, and global process alignment.
* Support employee relations cases and escalate where necessary.
* Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
* Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives that bring 'One Mincon' to life.
* Prepare and deliver HR reporting and metrics for the CPO and leadership team.
* Other duties may be requested as the business's needs require.Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR generalist/HR operations roles with exposure to international HR practices.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; experience with EMEA or global jurisdictions is an advantage.
* Proven ability to manage HR administration, employee queries, and HRIS systems.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for improving employee experience.
