Sales Manager

The Ideal person will have/be:
Proven track record of achievement in a busy vehicle sales environment, gained in a franchised dealership at a Senior level.
The ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Experience of customer relationship management.
Maintain New and Used Stock profiles in keeping with company targets and guidelines.
A minimum of 2 years’ previous sales management/controller experience would be advantageous.
Experience of managing and concluding Sales negotiations, including second facing by assisting the sales team and strengthening customer confidence.
Excellent administrative skills.
Full, valid driving licence - aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
