Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.


What you’ll be doing

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team serving Commercial customers across France and the Southern European region within EMEA.

Grow and scale sales in the region by setting ambitious goals, developing strategies, and driving execution.

Coach team members on the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline building to negotiation and closing.

Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent to support future growth.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to align strategy and drive business outcomes.

Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate success.

Foster a positive, inclusive, high-energy sales culture that values collaboration, accountability, and growth.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.


What you’ll have

4+ years of sales management experience in a B2B environment, ideally within SaaS or technology.

Proven record of quota attainment as both an individual contributor and a sales manager.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Demonstrated ability to hire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales talent.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with executive presence.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tech tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

A growth mindset and passion for learning — for yourself and your team.

Languages - Fluency in French, Italian and Spanish nice to have
