This role sits within a team that plays a key part in supporting the organisation. The team manages end-to-end membership processes, including subscriptions, and all member lifecycle activity.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive support and advice to members in relation to their annual membership.
* Maintain CRM systems to facilitate KPI related reporting.
* Become product offering specialist - guide members on facts allowing them to fully utilise and benefit from their membership.
