Thesuccessful candidate will have a solid background in professional skincare, excellent clientservice skills, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of treatment delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Delivery● Perform advanced aesthetic and skin treatments including facials, peels, RF therapy,etc.● Conduct laser hair removal treatments (training can be provided, if required).● Ensure all procedures are carried out in compliance with clinical, health & safety, andhygiene standards.Client Consultation & Support● Carry out comprehensive skin consultations to assess suitability for treatments.● Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.● Provide post-treatment guidance and skincare product recommendations.Professional Conduct & Compliance● Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.● Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared to clinic standards.● Uphold the clinic's values of professionalism, discretion, and excellence.Sales & Business Support● Recommend and promote appropriate skincare products and homecare routines.● Support sales and client retention through exceptional service delivery.● Achieve personal performance targets aligned with clinic goals.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:● ITEC Level 5 qualification in Beauty Therapy or internationally recognized equivalent.● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an aesthetic, beauty clinic, or medical spasetting.● Experience in performing facial treatments, peels, and RF is essential.● Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate treatment benefits effectively.Preferred:● Experience in laser hair removal and/or microneedling.● Sales or retail experience in a clinic or beauty environment.● Familiarity with premium skincare brands and equipment.Compensation & Benefits● Fixed base salary (commensurate with experience)● Commission on services and retail sales (uncapped potential)● Performance bonuses based on monthly targets● Staff discounts● Opportunities for further training and professional developmentSchedule & Availability● Flexibility required for weekend shifts● Part-time arrangements available for the right candidateIf you are a skilled and professional beauty therapist looking to join a forward-thinking andrespected clinic, we encourage you to apply.
