Design Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplined design-build teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in design management, a strong understanding of project management principles, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be able to motivate and manage a team, demonstrate good leadership qualities, and have a high expectation of performance.

* Manage multi-disciplined design-build teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Co-ordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives and deliver results.
