Health and Safety Recruitment Manager at Ayrton Group
Ayrton Group have a requirement for a Junior Health and Safety Advisor in the Cork region, working with our client a leading building technologies and energy solutions company.
This position will involve visiting various pharmaceutical sites within the Cork region.
6 month contract (possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all current legislation, including codes of practice and relevant standards. Assist in the maintenance of the company legal register.
* Review and implement Health & Safety management procedures.
* Review and implement client Health & Safety standards & procedures.
* Review and implement Construction Health and Safety Plans.
* Arrange, prepare, and carry out site inductions.
* Update and maintain all records associated with the Health & Safety management system.
* Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements as required.
* Review and comment on Subcontractor’s RAMS.
* Provide monthly HSQE report.
* Arrange, co-ordinate, and minute site Health and Safety meetings and capture action plans.
* Support the investigation of accidents and dangerous occurrences, maintaining proper records and complying with and reporting to relevant bodies.
Key Qualifications
* Recognised qualification in Health and Safety, or similar.
* 1+ year experience within the Health & Safety construction industry.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and be innovative.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* You must be legally permitted to live and work in Ireland.
