Join Ireland’s leading conveyancing firm, Jacob Law, 31/32 The Mall Waterford.They require an experienced and meticulous Legal Executive to join their highly specialised Completions Department in the position of Team Lead at Ireland’s largest conveyancing firm.
The role:
This full time, process-driven position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision and consistency. The role involves registering purchase and refinance applications with Tailte Éireann and coordinating the Completions Team. No client interaction or dictation required - your focus will be on completing application registrations, dealing with Registration Queries, and ensuring the Completions Department runs efficiently.
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Tailte Éireann registrations and stamp duty processing is essential, minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate tasks in a collaborative manner.
What you’ll do:
- Register purchase and refinance applications with Tailte Éireann;
- Complete all related stamp duty submissions promptly;
- Ensure the completions team are maintaining transaction flow;
- Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout each file.
- Become part of Ireland’s leading conveyancing practice;
- Work within a supportive, focused, and expert completions team;
- Enjoy a consistent, back-office role with no external client contact;
- Play a key role in delivering Ireland’s most efficient property registration service.
- Salary: highly competitive salary commensurate with experience.
