The Role
Overview
The Paid Search & Social Client Manager is responsible for managing and optimising client campaigns across both search engines and social platforms. The role spans strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to deliver best-in-class outcomes for some of Ireland's leading brands.

This position requires strong collaboration with internal Practices, Media Planning, and Investment teams, as well as clear communication with clients. The Client Manager will play a central role in delivering innovation, accuracy, and measurable results across paid media. Please note this role is a
6 month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities / KPIs
Campaign Management & Performance

* Manage day-to-day paid search and paid social activities across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Lead on campaign implementation, optimisation, performance reporting, budget pacing, billing accuracy, and client communication.
* Develop and test ad copy/creative, campaign structures, and targeting strategies.
* Analyse data from platforms and analytics tools, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
* Ensure campaigns go live on time and meet performance objectives.
* Conduct post-campaign reviews and present insights to clients.

Commercial Performance

* Maintain accurate budget management, billing, and order reconciliation across clients and suppliers.
* Ensure consistency in quality assurance across campaigns with attention to detail.
* Participate in pitches, brainstorms, and cross-team projects to support business growth.
* Build out efficiencies and contribute to process improvements within the Performance team.

Talent & Team Contribution

* Commit to internal training and development through Core Learning programmes.
* Develop strong understanding of client business priorities and contribute to strategic planning.
* Collaborate closely with Client Directors for personal development and delivery of high-quality agency output.

Your profile
Experience

* Minimum 2+ years' experience in paid media (PPC and/or paid social), with proven track record of campaign management.
* Strong working knowledge of paid search and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Experience with budget tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Google Ads Certification (desirable).

* Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Responsive, proactive, and able to make sound decisions quickly.
