Description
We are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Tenant Registration Co‑ordinator to join our Property Professional team at PrepayPower. This role plays a key part in supporting asset managers, managing agents, and investors involved in large‑scale residential projects across Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound phone calls and completing detailed administrative tasks to ensure the accurate and timely registration of new tenants for utility services. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with Kaizen Energy, our recently acquired sister company, as part of our growing group operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to new tenants, providing clear information on registration requirements, terms, and conditions.
* Manage the end‑to‑end registration process for new tenants, ensuring accurate setup of electricity and heat accounts.
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers and asset managers to facilitate new site connections and coordinate registration activities.
* Handle a large volume of administrative work, maintaining detailed records of all new tenant registrations and related communications.
* Send out large‑scale SMS notifications to tenants across multiple developments.
* Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in a customer‑facing or call‑centre environment, with a strong emphasis on phone‑based communication.
* Comfortable handling a high call volume and working to daily targets.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong customer focus and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with internal systems and software (knowledge of our App and SP+ is an advantage).
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
