Job Title: Conference and Banqueting Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Food and Beverage team in a luxurious 4-star property. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conference and banqueting management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and other events, ensuring seamless logistics, timely completion, and exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event planning, coordination, and execution
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Supervise a team of event staff, including coordinators, chefs, and servers
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
* Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with hospitality software and systems
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
