Responsible to: General Manager Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join Hyundai Galway team within Connolly Motor Group.
The successful candidate will be required to work 9am-4pm on Saturdays and annual leave cover for Full-Time Receptionist in Galway team, Ballybrit.
The role: The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
This will require you to be the face of the Group, welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to our showroom.
The role involves working closely with the Sales, Services and Parts teams.
Role Responsibilities: Focus on delivering a premium customer service Answer any incoming calls Meet and Greet Customers, Visitors Making Tea/Coffees and general upkeep of Reception area Direct customers to relevant department Liaise closely with Sales/Service/Parts departments to ensure customer's service standards are upheld Administration and filing duties The person: Skills and Competencies: Minimum of 1 year experience in a reception environment is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills Well presented Ability to work in a team and on own initiative Time management skills required Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
