How we work:Our preference is for the job holder to follow our hybrid model of 3 days a week on average per week at this office, in the heart of Dublin.The impact you will have: Track, identify and analyse regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions and advise internal stakeholders on the applicability of those requirements to Paysafe.Assist in advising business and product teams on applicable regulatory requirements including on the regulatory aspects of new product development and delivery channels.Work closely with internal teams including Compliance, Product, Internal Audit, Risk, and Finance to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood and embedded in day to day processes. Assist in managing Paysafe's relationship with key regulators including preparation/co-ordination of responses to requests for information and participation in supervisory engagement meetings. Support on the preparation of licensing applications to and registrations with regulators Assist in preparing periodic reporting to internal Committees and Boards.Draft positions papers, commentary, training, and knowledge sharing materials for internal and external circulation.
