Level 3 Support Engineer
This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security and compliance of the compute environment. You will manage a secure, resilient and compliant infrastructure across multiple sites.
* Manage and maintain a secure, resilient and compliant infrastructure environment across multiple sites.
* Lead patching schedules, security tool management and vulnerability remediation to ensure infrastructure compliance.
* Coordinate disaster recovery testing and global controls audits.
* Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and resolve incidents.
* Support and optimise SQL, VMware and Windows Server environments.
* Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations, support escalations and new solution proposals.
* Track and report on infrastructure resource allocation.
Additional responsibilities include tracking and reporting on infrastructure budgets and spend trends. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving best practices and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
