Accounting Support Role
A well-established accountancy firm is seeking an experienced accounting support professional to provide financial assistance to clients across various sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with relevant tax regulations.
* Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely submissions via the Revenue Online Service (ROS).
Requirements
* Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong working knowledge of Irish payroll and tax regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting and payroll software such as BrightPay, Sage Payroll, and Xero.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
* Strong communication and client service skills, involving regular interaction with clients and team members.
