Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.
* Liaise with project managers to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
* Review site drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
* Responsible for setting out sites accurately using total station equipment.
* Manage sub-contractors, labourers, and site staff through effective communication and coordination.
* Coordinate and control plant and material on site.
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and assist in managing traffic on and off site.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* A third-level qualification in construction or civil engineering.
* Proficiency in Autocad and MS Project software, as well as general IT skills.
* Strong subcontractor management skills.
* Experience working alongside clients and dealing with the public.
