Massage Beach Ibiza is an award-winning wellness company operating for over 20 years across Ibiza's leading 4- and 5-star hotels, spa environments, and poolside venues.
We are now recruiting massage and beauty therapists to join our professional team for the upcoming season in Ibiza.
This role is ideal for confident, friendly therapists who enjoy guest interaction and want their earnings to reflect their performance.
What the Role Involves
* Working at
one assigned luxury venue per day
* Delivering high-quality massage and beauty treatments
* Engaging guests between treatments to build your diary
* Representing a well-established, professional brand
Essential Requirements
* Recognised massage qualification (required)
* Nail experience or qualifications
strongly preferred
* Confident communication and a positive attitude
* Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
* Legal right to work in Spain
(EU passport or existing valid visa)
Pay & Working Pattern
* Employed position
* Base salary plus
achievable performance bonuses
* Typical earnings:
€1,800–€2,500+ gross per month
* Tips paid directly to you
* 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
