As the new Commercial Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new business opportunities in the property and construction sectors focusing on Multi-Units.
You will work closely with our design and project teams.
You will build and maintain relationships with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Procurement teams.
We need someone who can prepare and present tender responses, pitches, and presentations to potential Multi Unit clients.
Maintain an active pipeline of multi-unit and bespoke fit-out project opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business in line with revenue targets.
Monitor industry trends, attend networking events, and represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
A Degree in Business, Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
3–5 years' experience in business development or sales within construction, design, or fit-out industries is essential.
Strong understanding of interior design and multi-unit fit-out workflows is crucial.
Existing contacts in Construction are a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.
Ability to manage complex proposals, tenders, and long sales cycles is vital.
Commercially astute and results-oriented individuals thrive in this role.
