Job Responsibilities
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
* Previous experience in metal finishing, die build, or surface quality processes is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret work instructions to ensure process accuracy.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
* Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proven record of reliability, attendance, and good timekeeping.
* Ability to work on own initiative while supporting team objectives.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

* Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for advancement.
* This post may require rotation shifts, evening shifts and weekends shifts.
* Overtime may be required based on production demands.
* Travel maybe required.
