What you'll be doing

* Main contact for all communication with 300 Food Academy producers and external programme facilitators.
* Update pricing and static information on the Food Academy platform and govern data accuracy.
* Propose, manage and coordinate cross‑functional marketing requirements with fresh media, social media and media drops.
* Manage activity with producers and schedule social media campaigns.
* Update and govern Taste of Local information and sales reporting platform.
* Manage Super Value Online Brandbank for the Food Academy team with producers.
* Onboard Food Academy producers, set‑up participant data, HACCP, insurance, consent and other required documentation.
* Ensure producers’ compliance with grocery regulations and payment terms.
* Maintain the Taste of Local point‑of‑sale site and interactive map.
* Coordinate food safety and quality information for external auditing purposes.
* Work with the Food Safety & Quality Department to ensure provided documentation is up‑to‑date and compliant.
* Maintain an “always on” digital approach to social media across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Handle ad‑hoc requests within the team.

* Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Adaptability to a varied workload and dependable teamwork.
* Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Planning and organising skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
