You'll work closely with distributors, system integrators, and direct clients, managing bothchannel relationshipsandstrategic key accountsto achieve ambitious growth targets.You'll combine technical understanding with commercial acumen to position our solutions effectively across industrial, research, and government markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategiesto expand market share across assigned regions and sectors.Manage distribution and channel partners: recruit, train, motivate, and support partners to achieve sales goals.Drive key account relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in emerging IoT-based monitoring and smart environmental systems.Collaborate with technical and product teamsto align customer needs with product capabilities.Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and market intelligenceto support business planning.Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.About YouYou're an energetic, results-driven sales professional who thrives at the intersection oftechnology and sustainability.
