Overview
Location: North Dublin. 3D Personnel’s client is a leading contractor with an excellent reputation in the Irish industry. The successful Site Manager will possess a time served background or be degree qualified and have excellent experience in delivering high spec residential developments.
Responsibilities
Liaising with Contracts Manager for week-to-week operations
Co-ordination of project activities with the Design Team and Client
Engineering details and design with the Senior Engineer
Material and plant requisitioning with the Purchasing Manager
Control of labour, plant and equipment on site with the Finishing Foreman
Cost issues and monitoring variations with the Senior Quantity Surveyor (Variation Log)
Maintaining site records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements with Quality & Environmental
Managing Sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff on site and supporting the Project Manager to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to required safety, environmental and quality standards
Scheduling weekly Work programmes and reviewing progress against the Master Construction Programme
Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Construction Team
Supporting communication between the Design Team and Sub-Contractors
Attending and chairing weekly Management Team Meetings
Qualifications
Trade Qualifications or a minimum 10 years Site Management experience, OR Engineering degree/Diploma or related discipline
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility
