We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our culinary team.
**Must have own transport**
**Fixed term full-time until end of October**
* Reporting to the Head Chef
* Helps maintain high levels of service and assist the team with the smooth running of the kitchen by cleaning all kitchenware to the required standard
* Cleaning of all kitchen equipment as required and ensuring they are stored correctly and neatly
* Carrying out daily cleaning duties
* Emptying bins regularly and ensuring waste is separated correctly
* Always demonstrate good hygiene standards
* Must be proactive, self-motivated and a team-player
* Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service, in order to create a unique experience for the customer
* You should be able work well under pressure as part of a team, in a high volume kitchen environment
* Able to work independently, planning ahead to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
* Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all times
* Willingness to listen and learn
Requirements:
* Experience is essential
* HACCP qualification preferred
* Must be flexible to work weekends
* Must have own transport
