Compliance Project Manager Role
The consumer protection division empowers and safeguards consumers by ensuring they have easy access to information and tools needed for confidence in postal and telecommunications services.
* Develop a tailored consumer care quality program
* Collaborate with vendors to enhance consumer satisfaction metrics
* Work with stakeholders to identify obstacles to delivering service quality gaps
1. Manage operational KPIs and continuously improve performance
2. Develop a framework for measuring consumer satisfaction and implement it effectively
3. Coordinate calibrations with vendor partners to maximise agent performance and quality
* Significant experience in customer care or similar functions with leadership and quality management responsibilities
* Experience working with regulatory or legal stakeholders
