About Your New Job
Lead consultative sales meetings with corporate L&D, HR, and transformation leaders, articulating the ROI and strategic value of AI training. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new and repeat business.
* Prepare proposals, pricing and contracts for bespoke corporate programmes. Negotiate and close contracts effectively to meet enrolment and revenue targets.
* Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, case studies, and content that support lead generation and conversion.
* Engage existing clients to expand participation and roll out new programme opportunities.
* Act as the primary client interface, ensuring timely communication and proactive solutions from initial engagement to post-programme evaluation.
* Coordinate delivery with partners, manage scheduling, faculty allocation and resource planning, and conduct quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards.
* Stay informed of AI skills developments, represent the AI Academy at events and contribute to thought-leadership content.
What Skills You Need
* You must have extensive experience in business development and/ or programme management roles
* You need to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets and KPIs
* Extensive knowledge on AI, data science or digital transformation
